Light of the World Retreat is an immersive weekend retreat experience where participants personally encounter Christ through the presentation of the kerygma - the basic gospel message. We, as a Parish, will conduct this retreat ourselves - typically twice a year – and those who are leaders in Light of the World will help us - in the beginning - to get this new venture off the ground.

Why have this in-house retreat? More than anything, this is an opportunity for a real encounter with God. Many of us know a lot about Jesus, but this weekend retreat is designed to come to truly know Jesus, perhaps in a new and profound way that one hasn’t before. All this, and you’ll be able to go home each evening to your families, have a specific time for Confession Saturday evening, and a special Retreat Mass on Sunday Evening.
